You are not given anything you can't carry.
Every problem is a gift. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
The gift of being able to pass on your lessons is so important. I personally don't need offspring to be able to do that.
SOMEONE needs your message and light EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
I will show up every day, in some way as a reminder. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
When you're feeling trapped remember:
Every day that you WAKE UP is a day to live.
Celebrate yourself. Celebrate others.
If you're struggling say it. If you need help ask for it.
It's easy to think we have to carry life's burdens alone, but the reality is—you're never actually alone.
Make today a great day—because you CAN and say HI to a stranger and hold the door for someone because we are ALL one.
You matter. ILYSM.
I'm often asked how do I stay motivated. Like it's this magic secret, trick, or pill.
Umm—-nooo.
I like to think of lack of motivation as The Unmotivated Mountain...and guess whose battle it is to get up the mountain???
YOURS, duh. A coach can't make you do anything—they can simply keep you accountable and lead you through YOUR goals.
So here's a tip:
When you're feeling unmotivated—ya gotta put incentive at the top of The Unmotivated Mountain.
A smoothie was at the end of my climb today.
So about The Unmotivated Mountain....
It's that feeling when you don't wanna, but ya gotta. It's a bee to climb and it's difficult ascend does NOT discriminate...these past two days—GIRRRL.
There are days when you WON'T feel like working out. I remember coming home from 12h shifts and being comatose, but working out anyway.
There will be days when you WON'T want to go to work. In nursing, I'd drive to work w/ anxiety riding high, but I knew I was still EXPECTED. Being your own boss part time or full time is HARD. There's nobody to write you up for being a no show.
Ya gotta go to battle with yourself. Ya gotta figure out what it's going to take to push you through.
Some days its vision. Some days it's purpose. Some days it's strategically placing Juiceland at the end of a 5K.
Whatever it is—you decide to climb The Unmotivated Mountain and know you'll be better for it.

When you make mistakes; you have two choices.
1. Throw your hands up in the air and accept defeat OR 2. See this obstacle as a mountain meant to climb.
I made a mistake with trying to switch out the podcast host and I temporarily the podcast had disappeared from Spotify and wasn't updating to Apple.
In this mistake, I chose to climb. Obstacles aren't meant to hold you back; they're given to you to see how serious you are.
Whatever is going to happen is going to happen! Release yourself of the stress and look at failure as a LESSON learned and celebrate the GIFT that will always prevail.
You will be better EVERY DAY that you choose to climb the mountain. Choosing to climb the mountain of failure and it allowed me to go live on Instagram, Facebook, record a podcast, and have content for IGTV.
Your only limit is YOU.

In this episode, we talk about a few ways that fear can present itself—doubt, paralysis, and distractions. Tune in for tips to help you navigate fear! Say YES before you have the opportunity to say NO. Start before you're ready.
Ask yourself the questions:
What's the worst thing that can happen? What happens if you don't do it? Whose life will you change when you punch your fear in the face? What happens if it does go as planned and it's successful?
We must switch the WHAT IF from a negative to WHAT IF and focus on the POSITIVE.
Fear doesn't like to be heard, so let it be HEARD. You can do this by journaling or just speaking the fear/lie out loud.
Start punching fear with these steps: Make a plan. Take action. You don't need all the details—you must start before you're ready. Consume and research, but remember to APPLY what you researched. Set time aside to make the plan, take action, and research so you can execute. Be okay with failing; instead of not trying
So, what scares you? Go DO IT!
One of my listeners recently asked about how to deal with negativity!
