Welcome to Episode 178 where we look at just how you can build or continue to work on gaining your INNER strength so you can have a confident, strong voice on the OUTSIDE.
In this episode we discuss how in order to feel strong enough on the outside, we might first need to do some work on the inside to build our confidence around the things that are private and personal. We get into what it means to work on building a strong inner core of self-trust, healthy boundaries and standing in your truth with emotional honesty. Being assertive can be risky business, or at least feel that way at first, and ironically it requires a lot of courage to be this vulnerable. This inner muscle work will certainly pay off over time as our insides match our outsides more.

Welcome to Episode 177 where we get honest about how we need to heal on the inside before we present our authentic self confidently on the outside.
In this episode we process the idea that in order to present our outside selves to the world in a confident manner and be able to speak assertively and with emotional honesty, we might need to do some inside work first to make sure we make peace with all of who we are… first. To then be able to advocate for ourselves, negotiate lovingly in our relationships, with emotional honesty and emotional maturity. Eventually our insides match our outsides more, and we can relax into who we really are.

Welcome to Episode 175 and my conversation with Steven Rudolph, CEO of Multiple Natures International and creator of Feed Your Tigers. He helps people discover and align their tigers (innate talents) so they can thrive.
In this episode we talk about how Steven has created an assessment process that helps you identify your unique talents, and to also help you explore life's work and other ventures where you can feel fulfilled and find purpose and success.
In 1989, while pursuing a career in music in New York, Steven Rudolph took up a part-time teaching job to make ends meet. In his first class he had an epiphany: that he had an innate capacity to teach. Though he had no formal training, it was as if he already knew how to do it—as if he were a fish in water.
The realization led him on a 21-year quest to India, where he uncovered 5,000-year-old secrets to self-understanding and achieving one's potential. Steven has taken those principles and crafted them into an easy-to-use, enjoyable program--Feed Your Tigers. Steven lives in Cambodia where he serves as CEO of MNI, and explores how ancient Eastern wisdom can help people (and their tigers) become more aligned.

Welcome to Episode 174 where we talk about how what is going on in your life today is directly affecting your future.
In this episode we are going to get into how the things you do today DO and WILL impact your tomorrow, and good planning and living intentionally and on purpose means we take responsibility for all the big and the little things we do each day, each week, each month each year. We may not realize how they add up over time. Are all or at least most of these things in alignment with where we want to be five years from now? How do we know? Are we being up front and honest with ourselves or are afraid to be because of what we would have to admit?

Welcome to Episode 173 where we explore how to identify our gifts and passions.
In this episode we explore how early experiences help shape how well we can identify and embrace our gifts and passions. We talk about how we early in life many things can happen that made it hard for us to believe in what is special and important about us. We talked about how to take steps to not only identify what our unique qualities are, but also how to begin honoring them in our life by making changes so that we begin living them more.

Welcome to Episode 172 where we focus on using your gifts and your passions to find fulfilment.
In this episode we begin talking about how this month's episodes will be all about discovering, or maybe rediscovering our talents and passions, why it matters for us to really own them and utilize them in order to feel confident and fulfilled, and how to go about this process. So many of my clients over the years seem to organically turn toward their desire to find their purpose, and for the life to have greater meaning. The research is there to back this up as well. Being authentic and bravely putting ourselves out there becomes a natural desire I think, because we yearn for alignment with who we really are, and why we are here. Risking rejection to put our truth out there actually increases our self-confidence, feelings of belongingness and having meaning in our lives.

Welcome to Episode 170 where we get into how to get honest about how we use our voice and our behavior. Do they speak confidence…or not?
In this episode we talk about how one of the aspects of feeling and being confident is being gut-level honest with ourselves about who we are, what we are choosing and where we are going. In essence, it's about making friends with reality as I say, because denial, rationalization and avoidance will ONLY serve to harm our self-esteem - not bolster it. We discuss the need to grab accountability for our communication and our behavior in our relationships. We focus on ways to assess how healthy you are today, around your beliefs, your communication, and your behavior. By getting a coach, joining a likeminded group, and writing down your findings, you can begin immediately to make things better in this area.

Welcome to Episode 169 where we talk about how our inner voice is what dictates our outer one, and if we really want to feel grounded and authentic, we need to become better listeners to what is going on inside of us.
In this episode we talk about how to be more confident and use our voice out there to ask for what we need, to express our thoughts opinions and feelings, and to assert ourselves, we need to listen and maybe heed the quiet voice on the inside that is trying to tell us something. Whether it's an excited nudge to try something new or cool, or a stomach twist when something looks fine on the surface but isn't going to be a good thing, our inner voice is there to guide us to the good stuff, and hopefully help steer us away from what isn't.
