Welcome to episode 75 where we explore the concepts of giving grace to others and ourselves, and daily gratitude practices that can lower our stress and help us be in the moment more.
In this episode, we look at what means to receive grace, both in life and from others and how healing this can be. We also look at ways to show ourselves grace, as well as making sure we are mindful of showing grace and kindness to others via loving detachment. Then we get into some fun ways to incorporate the practice of gratitude in our daily lives, even when things are difficult.

Welcome to episode 74 where we focus on the concepts of learning to look for and learn from the gentle life lessons that keep "showing up" for us, along with finding the good amongst the difficult we are walking through. Being more mindful and purposeful can actually help us feel more centered and empowered when we are going through it.
In this episode, we talk first about how if we look deeply, we can find the lesson or lessons that keep showing up in our life via conflict, disappointment and other consequences. Then we process how finding the good points when we are facing difficulty builds resilience and is also more reality based.
Key Elements:
Gratitude and attitude
are not challenges;
they are choices.

Welcome to episode 72 where we lay out a framework for getting grounded: focusing on gratitude and letting go of outcomes we cannot control.
In this episode, we explore some of the benefits of what we will be focusing on this month – looking at some of the good in our life we are thankful for, while processing letting go of things we have zero control over.
Key Elements:
Gratitude is not ignoring
what's not working in your life,
it's giving thanks for what is.

Welcome to episode 71 where we finish out this month's focus on empathy, and specifically allowing ourselves to receive empathy from another. We explore how beneficial empathy is to our well-being and personal growth.
In this episode, we describe how for some of us, receiving wonderful empathy can actually raise anxiety, and we can block our receiving it out of fear. We then process ways you can begin working toward being more open and welcoming to it in the future.
Key Elements:
'If we can share our story
with someone who responds
with empathy and understanding,
shame can't survive.'
― Brené Brown
