Welcome to episode 61 where we talk about how to stop living life for everyone else, and start living your own.
In this episode we get into just how easy it is to let go, stuff, deny or subvert who we really are, what we always wanted to go after, and focus instead on what others need, and what others need us to be. It can happen quickly but most usually slowly over time, and before you know it years have gone by.
Key Elements:
Don't you dare put your life in a box!
Don't you dare decide to settle for mediocrity!
Don't you dare give up on your dreams!
Don't you dare give up on your life!"
-Dani Johnson
