This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Well hey there happy people! This is Juli Bauer, the creator of www.PaleOMG.com. Just a little forewarning; this podcast has strong language; sometimes sexual content; and everything worth listening to. So if you aren’t a fan of sometimes PG-13, maybe even R rated content, I would move on. I’ve just got to give that little up front intro nowadays, since people don’t understand what explicit means. So there you go. It’s right there, put it out there for you.

So anyways, this is Juli Bauer from www.PaleOMG.com. If you don’t know what that website is; good on ya! But go to my website and hang out there. And I don’t know how you found my podcast in the first place. But that’s f*cking awesome if you did. So this is Juli Bauer. I’m here to chat with you guys about whatever the hell is going on in my brain; and there’s a lot.

This week, I’ve been in a bad f*cking mood! I cannot rid myself of this mood. And I am pretty damn good at f*cking getting rid of that type of personality flaw. Because I’m not a person who likes to just dwell on a bad mood; no thank you. But you know, I’m in a little quarrel with my husband; quarrel if you will. Long story short, I’m not going to go into the details, because I like being married,

  • Staying Motivated In The Gym in 2017 – Episode 16: PaleOMG Uncensored Podcast
A lovely listener named Catherine asked if I would talk a little bit more about fitness, how I stay motivated and get out of ruts, so that's exactly what I'm talking about this week on the podcast! At the end of the day, it's all about motivating yourself and making the conscious decision that you deserve better for yourself and your long life.

But firs,t I'm talking about explicit content such as strong language that some human beings on this earth cannot handle, dirty podcasts I'm loving lately, the Bachelor, and every other random thought that popped into my head while recording this shorter podcast.

    Listener discretion is advised.

    Episode 16 Transcription:

This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Well hello guys. Welcome to another episode; another lovely, lovely episode of PaleOMG Uncensored. To begin with, I think we have to do what I’ve started to take on on a weekly basis. I think this is my second week doing this. So if you’re starting not at the beginning; go back to the beginning; what the f*ck? But starting before that. Rewind, rewind, sorry.

If this is your first podcast that you’re listening to; first episode of PaleOMG Uncensored; I’d like to warn you that there may be strong language in this podcast, and sometimes sexual content. Because these two things are very fun. That’s why there’s an explicit letter E next to my podcast; if you don’t know what explicit means, that means it’s bad. So if you don’t like that, if you do not like explicit content, that is your own fault for listening to this podcast. But there is no need for you to email me or write me to tell me that you hate cussing. I hate when people don’t cuss; or don’t like cussing. But I’m not emailing them to complain about it.

My mom, I think I’ve only seen her say “f*ck” once because I was a teenager and I probably almost lit the house on fire. But you know, she never uses that language. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t listen to this podcast because of that language; do I come after her, and give her sh*t about that? No. I don’t give a f*ck. Because it changes nothing in my life. If you do not like cussing, then stop listening now. And thank you for trying it out; but you know, if it’s not for you, it’s not for you. There are millions of other podcasts out there. Literally millions. I don’t know if that’s completely true. But there are hundreds of thousands; so there’s no need to listen to mine if you don’t like it. So that’s my TSA; is it called TSA announcement? Or something like that. I’m just giving you the honest truth here. And that’s that. It’s just been a day.

This woman named Lynn left a comment about my last podcast about how I’ve been changing and she’s not a fan of it. And she also said she has my cookbooks; which I cuss up a storm, and I have many bad reviews on Amazon because of my cussing in my third cookbook. And literally every post on my blog on www.PaleOMG.com has cusswords in it. So I’m not sure how I’m changing. I think it’s just because you’re hearing my voice, and you’re hearing that word and if it affects you in a negative way; I don’t know, you just don’t process it very well.

But I am who I am. I’m not apologizing because the work f*ck hurts your feelings. It’s just a word. It’s not a racial slur; it’s not an opinion about politics. I’m not talking about f*cking Trump on this podcast; or Obama, or whoever the f*ck that offends you out in this world. I’m not talking about abortions; I’m not talking about any of that jazz. I’m literally talking about fitness and food and fashion and whatever the hell comes into my mind. I just don’t know why it’s so upsetting. The world was not created to do any of us any favors. It’s not doing me any favors. So you might as well do, listen, and create whatever you like. So if you don’t like this podcast,

This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Well hello there. How’s everybody doing? You know, I’ve been; I mentioned this on Snapchat if you follow me over there, but I mentioned I’ve been listening to the podcast, My Dad Wrote a Porno; and at the beginning of the podcast it says that they’ll be naughty language and sexual content, so you are forewarned. So I thought that I would do that here, because people get very upset when cuss words are involved. So if you didn’t understand my podcast by the little E that means explicit; I will tell you here and now there will be cuss words involved. If those cuss words piss you off; if it upsets you; if it really gets your blood boiling; just step back, find a new podcast that’s very boring, and move on with your day.

But here, at PaleOMG Uncensored, we like to talk dirty in all sorts of facets. There may be drugs, there may be sex, there may be cuss words; there may be all of it. Which is slightly scary, because I think my parents may listen to this once in a while. {sigh} But what are you going to do? It’s just who I am.

So let’s get going today, guys. I hope everybody’s had a great holiday that you weren’t too burnt out with family time, whatever you had to endure over the week. We went to Nebraska, and we drove the 8 hours to Nebraska to see my husband’s family, and it was just so much drinking. I did not partake in much of the drinking. I think I had a glass and a half of a mimosa; but f*ck, everybody else was just drinking hard. And then sleeping a lot. And I get so bored with that. Like, I don’t want to feel like sh*t so I don’t drink; but I want to do stuff in the day, but everybody is hung over in the day. So it’s just a lot of; I just worked a lot, honestly, over the holiday. I just got a lot of work done, tried to get ahead. So that’s all we did. And then we drove the 8 hours back.

Luckily, my husband hadn’t listened to the second season of Serial; and I’m always down for Serial.

  • Getting Control Of Your Sugar Demon – Episode 14: PaleOMG Uncensored Podcast
For many of us, sugar is a controlling b*tch. She takes over our mind, our body, and we feel like we've lost all control. Especially around the holidays. Those cookie plates or dessert plates are sitting out at a party and we just continue to go back and back for more. I even experienced that last night at a Christmas party. Since I try to stay away from alcohol, I find myself eating more while everyone else is drinking. And since I was trying to stay away from the cookie plate, I was stocking up on meat and cheese, just in hopes of keeping that sugar demon at bay.

In this podcast, I talked about what has worked for me, knowing what foods to completely stay away from, and how to get the sugar demon under control when she rears her ugly head. I talk about doing a Whole30, 21 Day Sugar Detox and what I do now that has worked way more than those programs. It's all about trying things out and finding what works for you!

And I'm answering a ton of questions from you amazing readers, so THANK YOU for asking such great questions! If you have any other questions sugar related, feel free to leave them in the comments.

Here's a few links from the podcast:

And THANK YOU so much for listening and leaving a nice review! It's been so fun recording these podcasts all because of you guys! Happy Holidays! I hope you have the best weekend ever! And stay tuned next week on the podcast - after a request from a listen, I'll be talking about my favorite things ranging from face treatments, to paleo products, to makeup and even more!

This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Hello guys. We’re on. We’re doing this. We’re on to episode; what are we on like 14? I think this is episode 14. Going strong. Week 14. How’s everybody doing? Are you doing ok? I know the holidays are coming up; which means you have to hang out with your family; which means it can be stressful, unless you really love hanging out with your family. Or your in-laws. Luckily, I have f*cking awesome in-laws. But I hope you're not stressing out too much. I hope you had your holiday shopping done. I hope you're doing cool stuff for the holidays. We’re road-tripping it to Omaha; and no hate on Omaha, because the people in Omaha are awesome. But road-tripping to Omaha is the worst. There’s nothing to look at; once you get to Omaha it’s super windy because there are no mountains. So you’re just cold, and you have wind-blown face the while time you’re there.

But you know what; we’re going to go to a movie theater where you lie down, so you actually sleep the whole movie, so that’s kind of pointless. My friend told me about a distillery; I don’t really like alcohol but my husband does, so we might go to this distillery. What does distillery even mean? Just alcohol, or does that mean whiskey? I don’t know, I didn’t ask questions because I did not care. But we’re going to do that. I really have no idea what else we’re going to do. I’m going to cook some meals. My mother-in-law had knee surgery this year, that’s why we’re going out to Omaha because she can’t sit for long hours. So yeah, we’re going out there. Which honestly; I’m very excited about that we’re road-tripping out there instead of flying because I had quite the bad situation; quite the bad experience with Frontier airlines. And my new duty in life is to make sure I don’t ever fly Frontier again, and no one else ever does. Because it is the worst. It is so bad, you guys.

I’m going to tell this short story. So I talked about it on the blog,

  • Finding Your Own Confidence – Episode 13: PaleOMG Uncensored Podcast
Happy Saturday! I hope your weekend is absolutely lovely and not painfully cold like it's going to be here in Colorado. I'm so not into it. And don't tell me not to complain - I'm a Colorado native, I earned my complaints!

Anywho, let's talk about confidence. I thought this was a great topic to go over because it's something that I struggled with for a long time. About 23+ years. And working in a gym and online with many, many women, I often see other women struggle with it as well. So I thought this would be the best platform to really talk about what I struggled with and how I pushed through those negative thoughts. And I think it's good to remember that confidence is ever-evolving as we grow and change!

Here's a quick run down of what has worked for me (listen to hear full details and I'll have it transcribed soon!):

Ridding myself of the relationships that created negative experiences and negative energy and bringing positive relationships into my life
I stopped looking at magazines and certain social media that made me feel insecure. It wasn't other people's fault I had those feelings, but I had to recognize how I felt and why and face the changes I had to make
Finding CrossFit, lifting, and competing in CrossFit
    Stopped comparing myself to others
    Faced my own inner demons
    Stopped obsessing over food
Stopped competing in CrossFit when it was no longer making me happy
Stopped caring what others thought of me since I like me!
And I stopped obsessing over the little things that were meaningless

Those are the things that made me the happiest person I've ever been in the last 4 or so years. And I hope just thinking through those things and thinking about what truly makes you happy and acting on it, gets you to your happiest place in your life! Listen to the podcast then let me know if you have any questions or if I missed yours! Thanks for asking all your questions, I have so much fun answering them and they make the podcast way more exciting!

This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Well good morning! I don’t know what time of day you’re listening to this; and I don’t know why I’m saying good morning, because it’s 5:15 p.m. on a Friday night here. But you know what; it’s been a busy f*cking day, so I’m going to call it morning. Because that just sounds really nice. You know what does not sound really nice? I’ll tell you what. My best friend; my maid of honor; she’s the best girl in the whole wide world. Literally the f*cking best. Her birthday is tomorrow, on Saturday. And you know what she decides? She decides that she wants everyone to run a 5K for her birthday. Take a second to think about that. That’s f*cked up. Ok, that’s f*cked up.

I always say I hate running. I don’t hate running, I just don’t like to do it for long bouts of time over a mile. It’s just really boring to me. I don’t want to f*cking just keep my legs moving. Not interested. But she’s all into trail running. Does marathon; whatever they're called, triathlons, just that kind of sh*t. gross, whatever. So she wants to run a 5K for her birthday; cool, I’ll run a 5K. I’ll do whatever you need me to. The problem is; tomorrow, in Colorado, it’s going to be negative; the race is at 11. It’s going to be -1 degrees outside; or is that degree; degree? No plural. -1 degree. Oh, she’s texting me right now. Whatever Laura.

So we’re going to be running a 5K because it has not been canceled yet. In -1 degree weather. What the f*ck?

This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Hey guys! How’s it going? What’s going on in the world of you right now? Hopefully, it’s warmer than it is in Colorado. Actually, it’s kind of warmed up today. I think it’s getting to like 55 degrees, but yesterday it was like; I don’t f*cking know, 10 degrees, meaning our gym was probably 4. Our gym was so cold. And we even have a heater that we turn on; but it gets so cold. After you’ve worked out, and if you stay there and coach, and your sweat cools and you become freezing; it’s just so cold. It’s just so cold in there. It gets you a little less excited to work out. But you know, you just f*cking push through. You just go. You just go.

Anyways; this week has been ultra fun because I had the stomach flu; and as you know, stomach flu is just a real f*cking good time. So Monday morning; I had to work at my gym for like 6 hours on Monday morning. Felt good; good to go, and I had to go pick up my dog from my husband. So I went and picked up the dog from his work, went back home. I reheated up some salmon that I’d made the night before, made a salad and ate that, and right away my stomach was like; nu-huh. Nah girl. I was like, that makes no sense. This food isn’t bad; I made the salmon the night before, I reheated it up in the oven. There’s nothing sketch about it. Why am I feeling this way? Maybe my stomach is just off.

So I just sat on the couch, and I had no energy. I was like, why am I feeling so lazy? Maybe because I was up at 5. I don’t know; I just feel so lazy and I don’t want to do anything, and my stomach is just grumbling. So I was like; ok, I’m just going to go to the gym. I don’t want to because I feel weird; I’m just going to go work out. I’m going to do it. And I took a Pepto-Bismol tablet or something like that. So I’m driving in the gym, and I’m like; this is a bad idea. Why did I do this? I should just turn around now, but now you’re halfway there; just go. So I get to the gym, I sit in the parking lot, and I’m on the armrest that’s between you and the passenger seat, and I’m just sitting there hunched over, thinking; ok, something’s going to happen here. I don’t know where it's going to happen, but something is going to f*cking happen. And whatever wants to come out of my body is going to, and I don’t want to be sitting in the gym trying to do a squat clean when that happens. No, no, no.

But you know what I had to do? I had to drive home in rush hour traffic, which isn’t much better. You know? Sitting in traffic. Ok, you’re going to be like; why the f*ck are you talking about this, and I hate you Juli, and I’m turning your podcast off. But, this one time, I got the stomach flu actually. I remember this in college. It was my friend’s 21st birthday, and I was in Greeley, and I; {laughs}. So I had one margarita when I was out to celebrate her 21st birthday, and I was like, I’m just not feeling right, so I’m going to keep going out with you but I’m not going to drink anymore. And then I was like; I’m going to go home tonight, not spend the night with you, but I’m going to go home because I just feel super weird. And I’m driving home, and there’s a DUI checkpoint, so it’s like a long line of cars,

Juli Bauer: Hey guys! How’s it going? What’cha up to? {woofing} Jackson {laughs} Oh man. I got in trouble the other week because I kept telling Jackson not to chew on his bone, and a lot of people didn’t like that because you couldn’t hear it; but I thought you could, ok, so stop getting mad at me. Man, I got a couple of angry comments on iTunes, and people were just annoyed; it’s like, unprofessional. Hello; hello. If you’ve ever met, read my blog, you know I’m 100% unprofessional. Whatever. But people; this, I feel like I have to apologize for myself, but thankfully I’ll go to other people’s podcasts, and the reviews there; the podcasts I really like, like My Favorite Murder, or even Serial or Sword and Scale, and you’ll read the negative comments, and you’re like; ok, at least other people are getting negative comments. It’s not just me.

But then you can’t respond to reviews, so this woman; Allison. Her name was Allison. She said that I complain about my supporters; and I’m not sure who I ever complained about. I think I complained about the people who talk about my weight on social media; I don’t consider those people “my supporters” because they’re talking sh*t about my weight. You know, trolls who are passing through. That’s what I consider those people. But I want to apologize for Allison; not that she’s listening to this podcast anymore, but I wanted to apologize to Allison that I came off that I was complaining about my supporters. That was not what I intended to.

So kind of how My Favorite Murder has corrections corner every time; which I think came out with a new episode today. Score! But, you know they have corrections corner. So I’ll just have apologies corner for the people that I piss off. Apologize, Allison, that was not my intention. God bless. Moving on.

I got a ton; like I asked people on the blog this week and in this last podcast that I did to just ask random qu...

  • Why Having Kids Scares The Crap Out of Me – Episode 10: PaleOMG Uncensored Podcast
Ever since I got married...no scratch that...ever since I got engaged, I'm constantly bombarded with questions from others if we are going to have kids or WHEN we are going to have kids. And every single time that topics is brought up to me, I instantly start sweating and get anxiety. It's not a topic I take lightly. I don't just say to myself, "Yeah, let's have kids! That will be so fun and everything will be great!" No. I think through that kind of stuff. Because kids are forever. They don't just go away. They rely on you to raise them, to wipe their bums, to help them become upstanding citizens. And at 28 years old, I'm just not ready for someone else to rely on me. That may be selfish, but I think selfish is the best thing to be until you are truly ready to become a selfless person who puts yourself second. And I'm just not there.

When I decided to make this a podcast episode, I wrote out a pros and cons list to having a baby. So here's the quick rundown.

    Pros

My husband would be an awesome father

    Cons

You have to grow a child inside of you then birth it - and all the body and gross stuff that goes with it. I've worked very hard to become comfortable with who I am and how I physically look and it's scary to lose some of that
Fertility issues - I've seen so many friends go through it and it looks so incredibly challenging both mentally and physically
Financially - children are expensive AF. Finally being able put money into a retirement account and feel more stable for the future is so great and it's scary to let some of that go.
You don't get to sleep much with children

Lack of sleep leads to a tough relationship with your partner
Lack of sleep leads to issues with cortisol which can lead to weight issues
Lack of sleep just really sucks

    Less working out

I know this is a sketchy subject, I have just seen most of the people I know who used to workout religiously just not care as much about working out anymore. When they have the choice of working out or going home to their child, they obviously want to see their children. I know you can make it work, I just so often see people do the opposite, so that scares me.

    Changes to your relationship

I don't personally know any people whose relationship has gotten stronger since they had children.
Stress to the relationship and different opinions about disciplining your children

I work all the time and my husband does too - not sure how we would change that. Because I don't want to work less and I don't think he could. Which leads to more financial stress to hire a nanny.
It’s your duty to raise an upstanding citizen, while not knowing what the hell you’re doing yourself.

What if you raise a serial killer?
What if they get in with the wrong crowd?
What if they don't get their sh*t together and live with you FOREVER?!

I know this comes off as a really pessimistic way to look at things, but I'm just being realistic about it. I think it's smart to think through these things because so often people just have children and the children aren't raised in the best environment. I want to feel ready, be ready, and have way less on my cons list. I think more people should really think this sh*t out. Think how different our world would be if they did.

At the end of the day, who knows if I'll someday want children. If I don't, I think I will have an awesome life. If I do, I think I'll have an awesome life. But in the meantime, I just want to hang out with my husband, save money, and do cool sh*t. But next time you're about to ask a person if they are planning to have kids, remember that they may be going through these things that I listed above and it may not be something they wan...

  • Eating Healthy During The Holidays & While Traveling – Episode 9: PaleOMG Uncensored Podcast
"Failing to plan is planning to fail"
It's so easy to make excuses during the holidays or while we are traveling. But based on my own experience with traveling a sh*t ton over the past three, I know for a fact that you can make it work if you want to. But you have to want it. And when you want it, you have to plan ahead. We make sh*tty decisions when we are frantic and have no other options available. But if you plan ahead, you'll always have something available or a game plan to keep you on track. Your health is still most important, so act like it! Even when families or friend's feelings are involved, remember that your health is the most important and you should treat it that way.
I'm working on getting transcriptions for each one of my previous podcasts, including this one, so I'm writing a bit more in detail in the description until then. And that way, if you don't want to listen, you can quickly scan this! But know that transcriptions are coming! Hope this topic is helpful!

When heading out to travel - do your research:

Download the yelp app (searching gluten free and paleo)
    Google (duh)
    Ask friends
Look at blogs and social media

    My favorite restaurants while traveling
    Nom Nom Paleo

    Plan some of your meals

    Restaurants
Grocery Shop - Make meals for yourself

Drink a ton of water - take a water bottle with you
    Pack snacks for emergencies

    Rx Bars
    Larabars
    Larabar bites
    Mammoth Bars
    Fuel For Fire Protein Packs
    Nut Butter Packets
    Plantain Chips
    Jerky

    Work with what you have

Eat the meat off of a sandwich (when I have no other option, I'll get a breakfast sandwich at a coffee shop and just eat the egg and sausage patty without the bagel/croissant)
Get a shitty salad with no dressing or croutons

Look up the ingredients at McDonald's before you go there. Look at just the sauce ingredients alone!

This is the ingredients in just the Habanero Ranch Sauce alone: Water, Soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Distilled Vinegar, Buttermilk Powder, Egg Yolks, Maltodextrin, Dried Cayenne Red Pepper Sauce (Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic), Sugar, Corn Starch, Modified Food Starch, Contains 1% or Less: Salt, Spice and Spice Extractives, Natural Flavor (Dairy and Animal Sources), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Lactic Acid, Habanero Pepper, Red Bell Pepper Powder, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Apple Cider Vinegar.

    When dealing with the holidays:

    Follow all the steps above

    Plan ahead
    Get to the grocery store
    Plan some of the meals

If you're heading to a holiday party

Bring a couple of your own side dishes
Load up on meat and vegetables first and then get smaller portions of the heavier food that you don't want to miss out on since you only get it once a year
Don't forget that you don't HAVE to feel uncomfortably full on Thanksgiving or other holidays
For dessert - bring something you know you can have or have smaller portions of the dessert you truly love
    Drink lots of water

    Reader Questions:

How to explain your healthier choices to your friends and family:

Questions usually stem from insecurities (when it's not just curiosity) so I just explain what paleo is, where it came from, and how good I felt when I started eating paleo. Explain paleo in a positive light instead of what you can't have. And the more you stick to your guns, the more people will back down.

How to take part in family traditions (such as cinnamon rolls) and you don't want to hurt their feel...

  • Our Little Love Story – Episode 8: PaleOMG Uncensored Podcast
I don't know why the hell I decided to do this podcast episode, but it just felt right, OK?!?. It's fun to share love sometimes. ESPECIALLY right now during a time when there is so much anger and hatred in America. Let's spread the love!

I rarely talk about my husband. I just kind of like it that way. I like that part of my life to be slightly private and to be away from the public eye of social media. Because as we all have figured out at this point, social media is the worst.

But I thought it would be fun to share a little bit more about our relationship and our ups and downs since we had a lot at the beginning! What I wish I would have talked about in this podcast more is how damn cool he is. He's a good person with a good soul who wants to continue to get better and be better, and that's what I love about him so much. I fell in love with him because he's good to his core. He challenges and makes me want to be better. If I could recommend anything to people in the dating world, it would be to find someone who is a good person and driven to become even better. That's my little PSA of the day.

Next week I'll be talking about eating healthy while traveling and staying motivated during the holidays! And if you have any recommendations or topics you'd like me to cover and talk about, let me know!! Happy Saturday!!

    Episode 8 Transcription:

This is Juli Bauer from PaleOMG and you are listening to PaleOMG Uncensored.

Juli Bauer: Hey guys! It’s Juli here from www.PaleOMG.com. I had someone the other day tell me that they visited my blog after listening to my podcast; they didn’t even know about my blog! How the hell you came across my podcast, I don’t know, but that’s the greatest thing I’ve ever heard in the history of time. So thank you to that human being.

You know, I’m just over here cooking some Thanksgiving recipes, so I may have to pause in between, get the potatoes out of the oven. No, don’t ask if potatoes are paleo; do your f*cking Google research yourself! Figure out what works for you! But that’s not what we’re getting into today. You know what we’re getting into? We’re going to talk about; and feel free to leave if you need to; but we’re going to talk about my love story with my husband. Because I’ve been with him for 4 years now, and I’ve only talked about him very little on the blog. And so I thought it would be fun to do a podcast, because I never talk about him, I just talk about him like; “Aww, he cooked dinner for me, what a sweetheart!” type of thing. I try to just keep out of my blog and off of social media. Because social media, as we’ve seen from the election, is f*cking awful. Social media is true hell come to life. So I like to keep my husband off that hell; that hell life that sometimes I have to live pretty much every day.

So I just wanted to talk about our story, so you guys can just know it a little bit more, one person requested it. I’m not acting like everyone’s like; “Oh my god, tell me all about your love story!” No. One person requested it, so it’s like; f*ck yeah! F*ck yeah I’ll do it! So I’m just going to talk a little bit about my husband, our past life, our present life. And go from there, you know. I didn’t even write down a description of what this podcast will look like; I didn’t do any bullet points, I’m just completely winging it. The research I did on me and my husband’s relationship was, I went to look back at Facebook to see what our first conversations were, because that was how we kind of first started talking was Facebook. But ok, I’m getting ahead of myself, ok guys.

So let’s talk about this little husband of mine. So I just got married back in April, and we got married in Jamaica, and it was f*cking awesome. If I could make everybody do a destination wedding, I absolutely would. Because, I mean, I don’t know why anyone in the world wants to plan a we...
