On the 5th Episode of Dorm Damage with Tom & Zeus, the guys discuss the classic tv programs they grew up with in the 1970's and early 1980's.
The guys have a fun conversation about the tv shows they watched as kids. They each had their own favorite programs and many of the same shows as well. As Generation X members TV was limited compared to today, but somehow the shows discussed seem to be heads above what's on tv today.
Tom & Zeus break down their favorite shows and then they each list their ten favorite.
So don't by a "dummy" and make sure you're as cool as "The Fonz" and give DD w/ T&Z a listen!

Some artists inspire a rowdy audience where the drinks overflow, the dancing doesn't stop, and the crowd can't contain themselves. Then there's Father John Misty, an artist's songs that aren't exactly the stadium rock singalong type, but he can still command the stage. However, the college crowd at Father John Misty was more interested in the latest gossip than "Funtimes in Babylon."

Music is awesome. Have you ever had one of those moments where you start a song over at the beginning because you were doing something else and didn’t get to hear the whole thing? Or have you heard a song and are immediately transported back to some moment in time you associate with it? We have. And that’s why we love doing this show for the last two years. .
In episode 50 of the Prisoners of Rock and Roll, we’re taking a look at the Prisoners of Rock and Roll! We’re jumping in our Magical Mystery Musical Wayback Machine and talking about our favorite shows from the last two years.
Our show is sponsored by our home base of McCusker's Tavern at 17th and Shunk Streets in Philadelphia. We are proud supporters of our friends at Boldfoot Socks. We are just one of the dozens of awesome shows on the Pantheon Podcast Network.

Gregor Gall is well-known and respected for his written work, his views on geopolitics, and he happens to be a huge fan of The Clash. He separated his fandom from this look into the effects of Strummer's politics, and informs us of some of Joe's late-in-life changed points of view.
The underlying theme is the music, which was Joe's (and the band's) way of speaking out. Inside his left-leaning views you can feel Gall's incredible admiration for Strummer. He informs deeply on the many facets of Joe and his life, which our previous episodes about "the only band that matters" could not.
We highly recommend his book, the punk rock politics of Joe Strummer! Also available at other outlets (just don't go to the "A place"!) Clash fans, please take notes and hit us with your feedback at [email protected]!
