Today I’m joined with one of my very first mentors, someone who breathed belief into me and held my hand every step of the way as I began exploring mindset development. It’s a real honour (kinda daunting yet exciting) to have Rod Hairston with us today. He has coached Forbes 400 executive, professional athletes and also leading organisations like Disney, ABC and Honeywell. When Rod isn’t busy being CEO of his own company, he enjoys making music and spending quality time with family and friends.
Today we explore why he is so passionate about mindset development and how hitting a sudden rock bottom completely transformed his vision in lifestyle and business. We dive into his key '5 Abilities' rather than personal 'values' and what connections and community means.

Today I’m joined by someone who goes by the hashtag know your number! She’s a money mindset coach and book keeper from Melbourne Australia & dedicates her time to being a mum and also helping early/stage entrepreneurs feel unstuck with money and continuously build a profitable business. Even though she’s very calculated, life is full of spontaneous decisions, yet intuitive and needs to be in flow. She’s got 3 tattoos that her parents don’t know about (so mum and dad if you’re listen, surprise!!!) She used to be the biggest introvert, face turning Apple red when talking to people. But now she’s taking life & all things numbers by storm, please welcome Lily Hii.

This week I'm joined by fellow Aussie and educator, Mikeely Roberts. She's a former pro athlete who quickly became severely fatigued and burnt out. With out a real solution, sense of holistic support she realised there was a need for more support, holistic education and nurturing for other athletes to prevent what she felt. And so, Gen5 Health and Wellness was born as a result of creating the space, which Mickeely wishes she had in her time as a former pro athlete. Her side hustle is dedicated to helping women and young athletes better manage life, training and creating healthier habits to avoid feeling that burn out and instead, excel.

Today’s guest is someone I met a few years ago at a wellness event and I’ve really enjoyed watching her grow and expand as a person and in her business. She’s a healthy lifestyle expert, media personality and entrepreneur. While helping many people achieve their physical and emotional goals Lauren was also dabbling back into her marketing roots and decided to launch her own social media PR agency last year. She founded Influence And Impact, a PR and influencer marketing agency for entrepreneurs and connects them with other people and brands to make more of an impact.
This Red-Type A go getter, let's it rip about sh*t hitting the fan and to develop skills and tools to take control of what you can control.... Your own inner peace, wellness and decision to take action in time of crisis.

Today's episode, I'm joined with someone who lives, breaths and creating community through music. I’m a huge fan of his love for hiphop music and classic vinyls. Back in Mexico at least in the beach town we’re from, old school R&B music isn’t really a thing. Sergio Aka, DJ stress and I met out one night, he was new to town and we ended up at this dive bar with my kind of music. What are the chances. I remember seeing this guy killing it on the dance floor and thought “he ain’t from around here”. A former collage teacher for communications who chose to ditch that & travel the world and create music with brands such as MTV, Redbull, Nike and even debuted at Fashion week. He’s renowned for mashing it up on the vinyls and lives by the motto “make DJs great again”.

This episode, I'm joined with an absolute fire cracker! She's an author & lifestyle consultant by day, fighter by night.
Lacey Rochelle has written a book about healthy living, spoken on stage at the JT mega success event with Jillian Michaels, has a thriving coaching business called SHINE and when this ninja isn’t helping others get fit and healthy she’s busy kicking ass in Australia and overseas in Muy Thai. Talk about contrast, Lacey. That’s so cool.

Okay, listen up Teachers/Educators, this episode/aka riff is dedicated to you. I am you. I see you. I'm with you. I want to show you how to turn your passion into uncapped profit. I went to town with brain dumps and mastermind-maps while in quarantine and I have come up with a KISS* (keep it super simple) way to create your own online teaching model. It's the perfect resource if you're serious about making a difference while enjoying your ideal lifestyle! As a former teacher, I get it! You get the job done, for the sake of the students. But why not use the same energy, passion and mojo in creating something of your own. Online. profitable. and location free? If you want to stay teaching at school, great but just know it's okay to want more.
You've already got the teaching skills, the difference is working for yourself or working for an employer that will never match your salary for your efforts. Ps, soz about dropping the F-bomb, it comes out effortlessly when I'm fired up about something!

Big love. Telina.
Today's episode, I'm joined by my good friend Jen, a location free personal trainer for women around the world and founder of Fit Rig App. She's on a mission to empower more women to feel emotionally and physically stronger every day. This conversation was so yummy for me, as we explored the dips, the highs and the reality of building a business, creating a first-time app and being burnt by poor collaboration decisions. What I love most about our conversation is how willing Jen is to get real on her journey towards international success in the wellness space. We wrap up with what scares Jen the most, can you guess it??

Happy Monday, friends. Today's episode is w/ Bobby Speaks and we celebrate his 'coming out' not w/ rainbows and glitter but he created a platform to support and encourage men's health. Since ditching the weight of living a lie for so long has empowered Bobby to speak up about other things and encouraging other men to do the same. His Instagram has blown up lately (in a good way) and a real testament to his truths in creating as safe space to talk about 'taboo topics'.
I love how his personal experience in hitting rock bottom, pre- stepping into his true sense of sexuality has given him the permission to now live a life of more freedom and respect from family and friends. Follow @thecoandteli for #bts and connect via @bobbyspeaks.
You asked for it, so here it is! Another tasty Thoughtful Thursday solo episode where ya girl/host Telina lets it riff about perspective, understanding self, daily habits and why feeling good is sooo good. Her biggest realisation of late, is understanding the difference between running from and running to, it's taken her several years to admit her run away story but it's the catalyse to her success today. Telina shares very candidly, drops a few F-bombs and keeps it conversational as she invites you into her world, the way she's thinking and processing life with a few extra tools to work with.
