Today’s I’m joined by an incredibly inspiring role model in my life and so many other people. Jodi Orgill Brown was introduced to me through a mutual friend and I’ve enjoyed building up a trust worthy relationship purely through social media. Jodi is a leader, an educator, award-winning author, professional speaker, nonprofit consultant and a brain tumour survivor. She discovers unique life lessons everyday, especially from audio books, her husband and her children. Her story, "The Sun Still Shines" is an Amazon Bestseller and a multiple award-winning book.
Today we’re going to explore what community and connections means to Jodi, what's one thing she wish she knew before her life changed instantly, and why she lets her husband take charge with many of their decisions. Our conversation was flowing so beautifully and organically, it's almost the length of two episodes, stay with us until the end when we both are moved with tears about defining her daughter.
