Dr. Claire Maples DVM of Paradigm Sporting Dogs joins us to talk about some practical and sensible field first aid for your hound. 

Claire is a hunter and spends many days in the field with GSPs. She grew up with coondogs and squirrel dogs. She knows and understands what our hunting dogs go through. Chris Powell and Dr Maples breakdown some common issues we face and how to address injuries. From heat exhaustion, cuts, hypoglycemia and more Dr Maples tells us how to recognize problems and give first treatment in the field.
