Hello Everyone! On this episode of Paranoid in My Paradise with @saimfarooqui @brooklynletson @jeremyritchie18 have a conversation about the word "hate." As children, they taught us to not use the word hate, we must reflect on our emotions and thoughts before coming to such a conclusion as 'hate.' Is your cup half-full or half-empty? Optimism is fulfillment, fill others buckets full, including your own. Celebrate all of your achievements, big or small. In our lives, we all have these high and extremely low valleys. How do we continue to keep that as even, and on an upward trend? Balance. "If you're able to come out of a rough time in your life and see life a little differently, find that perspective, find that growth in yourself, that's a huge win and you should feel so proud of yourself for having the strength to do that." - Jeremy Ritchie.
We would love to donate to Mental Health Organizations.
