How much do parents REALLY want to know during a craniosacral therapy session? As a craniosacral therapist, we see things that the average parent might not see. Therefore, we must be very careful with how much information we share.

Generally, there are three types of parents. One, the parents that want to know everything. Two, the parents that don't care to know all of the details. They just want their baby to be better. Three, the parents that shouldn't receive too much information due to already being overwhelmed with having a baby that's struggling.

This episode explains why it’s not only important to assess the baby, but also get a sense for what the parents are like. It’s important for them to feel like they have all the answers that they need. As therapists, we are here to support them. We're not here to give them more stress and anxiety.
