This episode is the Top Dance Club Songs of the Year series for 2024 — Volume II, a two-hour survey of dance, house, techno, trance, Afro House and high-BPM club music assembled to reflect what actually moved floors in 2024. The mix leans into the year’s genre diversity and the ongoing trend toward hyper-infused beats (roughly 138–150 BPM) that made fast-paced transitions feel natural in DJ sets.

Expect extended and club-ready versions alongside crossover pop remixes: highlights include Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike with Tiësto and W&W featuring Dido, Raffaella Carrà’s energized “Pedro” remix, plus club edits from Jax Jones feat. Zoe Wees, Swedish House Mafia feat. Alicia Keys, and Dua Lipa. The set balances mainstream bangers with underground flavors—from tech house and melodic house to trance and hard dance—so DJs and listeners get both floor-fillers and left-field discoveries.

Curation took extra care this year, with two weeks of selection and remixing to capture 2024’s strongest dance moments. Enjoy the flow and imagine this one in a club mix or extended live set.

Dance Club roundup — Top Dance Songs of 2024, Volume I collects the year’s most-played club tracks across House, Tech House, Afro House, and Dance Pop. This edition doubles as a year-in-review and a critique: Afro House dominated conversations in 2024, but much of what carried the label leaned toward slowed, mainstream-friendly tempos rather than percussion-driven roots. Credit goes to Rivo for a Disclosure rework that helped push the trend into the spotlight.

Highlights here include John Summit’s darker, genre-stretching “Shiver,” PAWSA’s breakout run with stripped-back house staples and his Dirty Cash rework, and Chappell Roan’s emergence as a remix-ready new diva. Viral revivals from Sophie Ellis-Bextor and a surprise pop-to-club moment from Sabrina Carpenter also kept dance floors buzzing throughout the year.

This mix is the first of several volumes covering a sprawling 2024 for club music; future installments will unpack more defining tracks and remixes as the year’s story continues to unfold.

Circuit & Anthems — Holiday Edition 2024 is a two-hour-plus tribal and house set built to warm up cold nights with festive energy and Tea Dance–style relief. This year’s mix intentionally blends harder tribal grooves with piano-driven moments to avoid the predictable, recycled sounds that have crowded the scene lately.

You’ll hear frequent nods to producers who still bring craft: Henriq Moraes for clean, modern production, Mor Avrahami for sharp remixes, and Dirty Disco for holiday-ready heat. Standout moments include Danny Verde & Tom Stephan’s darker rework of Lady Gaga’s “Disease,” Eddie Baez’s anthem mix of Suzanne Palmer’s “Stand Up,” and 7th Heaven’s Mirrorball reworks featuring Katherine Ellis — all placed to keep the set varied and dynamic.

Other highlights sprinkled through the mix include fresh spins from Jean Milla, Junior Senna, Brady Prince, and a cheeky inclusion from Eran Tal. The flow was smoothed in key transitions for a seamless holiday ride—press play and enjoy.

Electro House mixtape BackSpin 2024 Volume 3 revisits Millennial dance club hits from roughly 2005–2006, stitching together big-room remixes, rock-dance crossovers, and singalong anthems for a three-hour club ride. The set aims to capture the era’s club-floor DNA — the Thin White Duke take on The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside,” Axwell’s Electro House flip of Roger Sanchez, and the early David Guetta outings that began reshaping pop-dance crossover.

Highlights include Bob Sinclar’s singalong anthems and the Martijn Ten Velden DJ-friendly remix of “Perfect (Exceeder),” while Peter Rauhofer’s Progressive-to-Electro reworks for Christina Aguilera, Seal, and Nelly Furtado underscore how remixes dominated the charts. You’ll also find Freemasons’ sleek club edits and Cascada’s cleavage of hard-dance energy with “Everytime We Touch,” all sequenced to close on Madonna’s “Sorry” and leave the floor wanting more.

This volume sits alongside Party Favorz’s broader Millennial Dance Classics collection and the Top Dance Songs 2000–2009 playlists for anyone digging deeper into early-millennium club history.
