Pathetic and Poetic

Chaos, Introspection, and 4 collective hours of sleep. These ingredients mix together to bring you Pathetic and Poetic! This week Nat and Cory just right into the insanity with stories on over stimulation, shopping for you body and gender identity, the illiteracy over everyones favorite Glee star, and chaffing. Buckle up, grab your pens, and get ready for two and a half poems inspired by randomly generated words and middle school fears.

IT IS I….PATHETIC AND POETIC!! And welcome back to another dramatic villain monologue by two people who can barely remember their squeaky chairs. We’re Natalie and Cory and this week on P&P, we chat about the struggles of walking several miles in high heels, immersive theater shows, and wonder if this could become a wilderness podcast. The answer will (not) surprise you.  This episode, we write poems including nonsense lines from our brains. Enjoy!

Do you every say something too close to home that you can't help but laugh and then die a little on the inside? Well WE DO! All the time! And this is Pathetic and Poetic, starring Natalie and Cory. Chaos kicks off quick with talks about the Tonys, the new Brittany Spears musical, fable confusion, depression disinfectant, and as always, sung phrases that could have been spoken. 

This week Nat and Cory write repeating poems in three parts. And they're gorgeous. You could say that again. And they're gorgeous. 

Everyone has had a gross roommate and if you haven’t….Thats okay! Pathetic and Poetic has all of the stories so you can live vicariously through us. Nat and Cory swap horror stories about bugs, about animals, about lack of soap, and the abundance of filth. Did they survive? Are they still trapped? When will they learn from their repeated mistakes? Why am I asking you all these questions? This week Natalie and Cory write poems based on their names turned into numbers.

Are you gluten free? Are you lactose intolerant?  I guess you should skip this one because Natalie and Cory talk about nothing but breads and cheese on this episode of Pathetic and Poetic. These two cheesy carbs talk about rearranging lives and apartments, describing shapes on a podcast, and the human embodiment of ick. These three poets talk about moving to new cities and states, finding comfort in the new, being published, keeping bees, and everything else in between.
