Joel worked for Intel and they had amazing benefits including a paid sabbatical for two months every seven years. While on one of these he spent time with his daughter and loved every minute of it. 

At the same time the site he was working in closed down.

Vincenzo worked for PWC for 2.5 years and then moved to Pegasus Blue - doing Private Equity. Things didn’t go to plan and they stopped paying him.
