This gentle evening meditation offers a quiet space to pause, settle, and reconnect with yourself after the activity of the day.
You do not need to make the mind completely quiet or force the body to relax. Instead, you’ll be guided to notice the support beneath you, reconnect with the natural breath, soften into the body, and gently set down whatever you do not need to carry for these few moments.
This practice can be used at the end of the day, after work, during a stressful evening, or anytime you need a simple reset.
🌿 In this meditation, you’ll explore:
* Feeling supported by the surface beneath you
* Acknowledging the day without reviewing every detail
* Gently reconnecting with the body
* Observing the natural breath
* Allowing thoughts to come and go
* Setting down what you can for now
* Resting without needing to accomplish anything
You are welcome to sit, recline, or lie down. Your eyes may be closed, softly lowered, or open. If focusing on the breath does not feel supportive, you may use sensations in the body, the surface beneath you, or sounds around you as your anchor.
