Two weeks off with a quick trip to Queensland for a friends wedding and some vitamin D and we're back! Just the two of us to kick off season 10 of curious conversations. Tully said not much has been going on in her life of late so Sarah brings the conversations to the table.

We talk sobriety and why we feel the pressure to drink. We talk about the peer pressure just to "have a drink" and a recent experience why people think you can't have fun without drinking.

Sarah has recently started her therapy journey with Solomon, who we had on the podcast - it's an amazing (some would have said life changing) episode that you can listen to here, and we dive deep into some of the patterns that have been playing out in her life.
