People pleasing is not only limiting your entire existence but they significantly affect your voice, communication, freedom, and happiness. 

People pleasing is the number one struggle many of my client's have.  When we try to please other's we lose.  From a voice perspective you definitely lose because you aren't revealing who you really are and it's clear in your sound.  In fact, it's so clear that you aren't revealing who you are that we pass you by.

But it's in communication that people pleasing can really wreak havoc.  Many people do this and it's even more innate in women although men can be big people pleasers.  The bottom line, you'll never have the freedom you want, the relationship you want, command the presence you want until you can start to be okay with saying what you want and trusting that it's going to be okay.
