Today I am chatting to Mia, the Founder and Director of Moxie, a company that designs products for people with periods.

We chat all about how she started her amazing business from her own painful experience purchasing period products, how important it is to make a difference, no matter how big or small, the shame and taboos around periods, a bunch of period advice and Mia even teaches me how to use a menstruation cup (which I have been intrigued by for quite some time now!)
