He is accused of some of the most vile things on the planet. Among rape and patronizing a victim of human trafficking he is also charged with sexual indecency with a child and thats according to police records. According to records Hugh O. Daniels, 73, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, “paid to rape” two teenage girls, ages 14 and 16, who were victims of sex trafficking. This all happened at the Bel-Air Motel and Apartments, located in North Little Rock, this past September. He owns Hugh O. Daniels Trucking Company, a local dump truck and excavating business.
