In this episode, I explore the common elements of the phenomena of Near Death Experiences (Life-After-Death Experiences) and deep Psychedelic Experiences and how these experiences highlight and confirm the central importance of the foundation Steps 1 & 2 of the 5 Step Process, Total Acceptance (including Self-Acceptance) and Total Personal Responsibility. When we align our awareness to these steps/principles/universal laws of consciousness, and live them as best we can each day, while accepting the outcome of our attempts and experiences and learning ongoing from each experience in the spirit of Self-Acceptance/Unconditional Love, we initiate/active our transendental power of Awareness and learn how to open our hearts to ourselves and to all life with wisdom and compassion.  We also come to feel/experience and interconnectedness and Oneness of all there is, this Oneness being the very core of our Being, our true nature.

This guided meditation is a more advanced level meditation, that focuses on deepening and strengthening your ability to be the detached and compassionate observer of your human-self. Being able to transcend the mind and stay steady in Conscious-Awareness is so important. From there, you can hold the space for your vulnerable reacting mind and lift it into your open heart, rather than be pulled into the reaction.  This meditation helps you to strenghten your centeredness in your Awareness.  This is essential for ongoing Mindfulness. I have left time at the end of this meditation with the background music still running for you to do your own practice.
