Philip takes a look at the latest numbers from Tuesday’s election as ballots are still being counted in California. Even though initial results are out, a huge chunk of votes (70,000+) is still uncounted, which means race outcomes could still shift in Fresno County over the coming days. 

Incumbent Mayor Karen Bass advanced to the November runoff after finishing first in the primary. The second spot is likely Spencer Pratt, but not fully finalized yet.
