    Tulare Councilmember Greg Nunley will soon face a judge after authorities say he was stopped for street racing down a Visalia thoroughfare. The Tulare County District attorney filed several charges against Nunley for speeding, reckless driving, and failing to carry a license.The Tulare City attorney says even if Nunley were to be convicted, it wouldn't affect his position on the council since the charges are misdemeanors.
    Pictures show Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch with an eight person party shower, life-sized installation of a crucified Jesus and an underground strip club where teens would entertain VIP guests'. The ranch is one of several Epstein homes where underage girls were flown in from all around the world. The New York Times claimed Epstein confided in scientists that he planned to impregnate up to 20 women at a time at the ranch to improve the human race with his genes.

    World Against Toys Causing Harm (WATCH) unveiled its annual list Tuesday at a Boston children's hospital. It says many of the products present choking, eye and other safety hazards frequently found in poorly designed toys. It also cites the products for having inconsistent and inadequate warnings labels. The Massachusetts nonprofit has been releasing the list for more than 40 years. Guards Accused of Napping and Shopping Online the Night Epstein Died. The two jail staff members were charged with falsifying records and conspiring to defraud the United States. Former New York City police commissioner Bernard Kerik said that the indictment of the two prison guards on duty the night Jeffrey Epstein died should end all the conspiracy theories surrounding the convicted sex offender's death. Prosecutors wrote in the indictment that no one appeared to enter the area where Epstein was being held in the hours before he was found dead.

    D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine brought charges against DoorDash accusing the company of pocketing tips meant for workers and misleading customers about where their money was going. The lawsuit alleges DoorDash’s disclosure about its tipping model was “ambiguous, confusing, and misleading because it encouraged consumers to tip, but did not disclose that a consumer’s tip would make no difference at all to a Dasher’s pay and would only go toward subsidizing DoorDash’s of Dasher pay.”

    Thousands of Disney+ user accounts have been stolen by hackers and put up for sale on the dark web. Just hours after the service was rolled out, hackers hijacked user accounts and were either offering them for free on hacking forums or selling them for prices between $3 to $11. Disney says there’s no indication of a security breach compromising passwords. It says it takes the privacy and security of users’ data seriously. The California State Controller's Office has about 9.8 billion dollars' worth of unclaimed property, and some of that might be yours. There's no fee to search your name or file a claim. Properties with only one possible owner, that are worth $5000 or less are eligible to file a claim electronically. Just search your name and city where you live and if you have unclaimed property, you’ll get an identification number.

    A California woman, Tatyana Hargrove, who lost a police excessive force lawsuit was arrested on suspicion of tampering with an officer’s food at a McDonald’s restaurant. The incident occurred at a McDonald’s in Bakersfield, Calif. Hargrove allegedly tampered with a police officer’s food . She was taken into custody on Saturday morning and was booked on one felony count of tampering with food. Art director Pablo Rochat has been pranking people by placing life-size AirPod stickers on the ground around San Francisco. Rochat said, "A couple of people got mad, which was funny because it was kind of harmless what I was doing. People get embarrassed that they were pranked, but joke's on them." A Texas mother is outraged after she put a sweet note in her 5-year-old son’s lunchbox, only to get a nasty note from the daycare in return.

    With a void of information, four men are dead, six others wounded following what Fresno Police call a “mass casualty” shooting in the Southeastern part of the city. Investigators believe this house was specifically targeted but, as this point, do not believe this shooting is gang related. Fresno Police say officers are not sure how many shooters may have been involved. Rain is possibly set to land in Fresno on Wednesday and PG&E has warned that potential power shutoffs may impact 250,000 customers this week. PG&E said that due to an expected strong offshore wind event, the utility company may have to shut down power to reduce the risk of wildfires. PG&E customers in 19 Californian counties are expected to be affected. The House of Representatives is investigating whether President Donald Trump lied to special counsel Robert Mueller in written answers he provided in the Russia investigation.
