Managing Director PK Gupta of Consulting by PK began property investing in 2011. Since then, he has built his own property portfolio and helped many others build passive income through property with his distinctive data-driven system. 

Never been shy of telling it as it is—including the ups and downs of his life story—he draws the curtains open on the beginnings of how he shifted from working as an analyst to pursuing property investing, to eventually taking on a new adventure in business and life with his family in North America.  A humble man of humble origins, he is a formidable presence who makes an undeniable mark wherever he goes—which now also includes building what he describes as a ‘different type of educational learning opportunity for kids’ in the U.S.
