Today we will explore the importance of listening to yourself and hearing yourself. Finding purpose and meaning in life and valuing you. When we start to show up and value ourselves and recognize our own meaning, and loving ourselves, we begin to embrace moving forward in life.

What’s holding you back? The awakening of courage will be explored when we embrace life and challenges, and recognize our value of what we want and face our fears with courage. We will talk about dreams and goals and what holds us back

We will explore excuses and how we as human beings are really good at coming up with excuses. Excuses like I’m too busy or I don’t have time. We will explore how to invest in prioritize you and to recognize that excuses waste time and energy.

Today we will explore hidden family, secrets and intergenerational trauma. The discovery the exposure in family dynamics. What is the discovery and how do we expose those hidden family secrets with intergenerational trauma. We will discuss how to research hidden family secrets to the best of our ability as everybody has some sort of secret in their family. In our generation of trauma can happen, and if we don’t know the patterns, how are we supposed to break those negative patterns?

Resilience is important, but the backbone of resilience is the therapeutic catalyst. We will explore four types of resiliency, and how important the therapeutic catalyst is in our ability to cope in life. We will also explore what makes some people, more resilient than others, and the impact of resilience and the therapeutic catalyst.

Do you ever feel like you waste your life and time asking others for permission for your own decisions? Do you feel less than do you lack self-confidence? Do you ever invest in yourself? We will explore what feeling safe. Looks like when we have trauma triggers. Emotional safe, space and physical safe space differences and how to cope and regulate when you are in your safe space. We will explore what a safe space looks like and how to regulate feeling safe.

Today we will explore new beginnings and endings, and how we have strength and uprising to rise above life’s challenges. Recognizing dream and goals and follow through or endings without dreams or new beginnings with embracing opportunities will be explored.
