I'm always asked the question that goes something like this: "PantyNectar, can you help me be more successful on Reddit? Some communities I'm involved in have banned me apparently for no reason. What can I do?" These questions are always from a place of love and curiosity, but my response to them is I'm just another user on reddit, just like you. I have no special admin privileges or anything like that. And, I, too, am banned from subreddits, mostly because of jealous/hateful mods. In fact, I was banned just this morning from a subreddit I've posted in for almost 3 years, simply because the subreddit changed ownership. I'm ok with that. 1) because I have no choice, and 2) there's thousands of other NSFW subreddits to post in. And 3) I can create my own subreddit at anytime, which I have done a few times. Find communities that are accepting of creators. The best way to navigate the minefield that is reddit is by keeping a positive mindset and knowing that what you are doing is fun, entertaining, and/or informational in some way. Don't respond to negative comments, and also don't get too high on your own supply of good comments, either. Basically, don't look for validation from others. You be you and have fun being you.
