It's all about confidence, why confidence is importnant, and more importantly, how you can gain more confidence in yourself and live a better life because of it. Reality is that we are all human. No one is better or worse than the person next to them. But if that's the case, how is it that some people live much better lives than others? How does that guy get to the top of his field in buisiness. Or, maybe what you're wondering is how does that guy who may be a little overweight and not the best looking have no problem with getting girls. The answer is likely confidence. Some of us are born with it, while others have to work harder at it. While confidence is very important, it doesnt mean that life will be easy or that there will be no obstacles in your way. That's why it's important to build such a solid foundation so when those crazy times in life hit you hard, you have the ability to overcome. Ok, ok, ok. Enough of me rambling. Day 2 was a tough one! Yesterday I felt much better and felt like I performed well. Today was a slightly different story, since it was so freaking hot outside. But I did what I had to do and got it done! Even though I was dripping sweat and my face stayed red for what seemed like forever, I feel great, actually. There's something about running and pushing yourself hard that makes it rewarding in the end. Like with any journey, this one will be filled with lots of ups and downs, and I'm ready for it. Main thing is I stay focused and stay on track. Thank you for listening and for all your love and support!

If you've listened or followed me for any amount of time, you know fitness is a key component of my overall life. It's what i love to do. Growing up, I ran a lot! I've ran various races, including lots shorter races up to half marathons, but I've never ran a full marathon. Well, that will change here very soon since I signed up for a marathon which is 3.5 months away. I will be documenting my training and this is the first episode of that journey.
