  "If you're in California, which I am, daylight saving times, it stays lighter, longer. And so that being said, it does kind of feel like you're not, you know, it's not dark at 5 o'clock, so you're not. We still have more time to get things done. The spring brings where I think it, it's like getting a fresh bouquet of flowers every morning. The weather is unpredictable."

  "I have to admit, the weather definitely has a profound effect on my mood. In the wintertime, I would say after Christmas, after New Year's, during January, which feels like the longest month of the year because it's the coldest month of the year here. And I work from home also. Oh, my gosh, it is such a challenge getting through January, February, because I work from home, it's cold."

  "And it's a real thing. The seasonal depression is a real thing. The weather really affects a lot of people and it would be awesome for people to speak more about that so people don't feel alone. Like they don't feel like they're the only ones that deal with that. So yeah, when it is sunny and warmer and the days are longer, I am all in and all I want to do is be outside."

  "Even my cat has been able to go out on the back porch and you know, you know how cats are. He's not an outdoor cat, so. But he does enjoy the three season, three season porch, right. And being able to sit in the windows. But if it's cold outside, he'll immediately come back into the kitchen."
