"And I think I have, I'm lucky to have a bunch of different communities. I have my campus community, I'm a student, but I also have my close friends and clubs that I'm involved on on campus, especially like identity clubs. And I think those have been so important to give me the sense of like solidarity, of belongingness, of like shared experiences. That's just so fun, so important to like my growth."

"And that takes skill that, to diffuse, to analyze the situation, to come up with a plan of action or, or what to say, what not to say, what to do in that moment. You're thinking about all of past, future, past, present and future and what you want the outcome to be. And so when you do that, I am able to diffuse whatever negative thing is going on in my headspace and move on. And people can't do that."

"She's not my favorite, but I think she does make some good points. Definitely not my fav. Still not bad. I just recently listened to her podcast about what to do when you're having trouble with someone in a relationship and it was about romantic relationships. But I was listening to it because I was having trouble with a friend and I just didn't love a lot of what she said had a lot of it was good and a lot of it was not so good and it wasn't."

"And I see now a, for me, a lot of what I see as self help is definitely an understanding and the quotes of different viewpoints on how to look at things, different relationships, and not necessarily needing a step one and step two. And that's a lot that's in my algorithm. And so when I hear the self help, I do recommend in any category self help videos, you know, the biggest learning point for me when listening to them was taking a step."

"Because that's, it's A better way to see things, even if we are struggling. Because I'll be honest with you, I struggle with a lot of things. I deal with depression. I have my whole life. I have serious anxiety. And so, and it can be in keeping the house and so don't feel alone if you deal with things. And hear me. I deal with a lot. So just hear me on this. I want to help people."

"I have also done well, but they have gone ahead in their careers and a lot of things that they have achieved and when I compare myself with them, I'm not at the same level with them. And this I identify as a kind of a negative self talk because no two human beings are same. And what I see as someone's success would not really reveal how much of hard work and efforts and failures they had to face before they saw that success. Success."

I actually didn't like to even be around people that were negative, you know, or everything that they post on social media was negative or every time they seen you, it was negative."
