How much focus will be placed on having control vs how much focus will be on generating opportunities to learn freedom? Can students learn from a behavioral mistakes rather than be punished for them? How comfortable are you with your decisions about control, freedom, and responsibility? Does increasing student freedom and responsibility create more teacher freedom?
