After a week off, it’s time for a new edition of Podument Park! Most of the past week — especially Friday night — had Andrew and Kunj champing at the bit to yell at the Yankees, and that does still happen a bit. However, as if the Yankees themselves were reading the back-and-forth Slack messages, they did their part to change the narrative. Fifteen runs on Saturday! Fifteen runs on Sunday! Wonderful stuff, and the co-hosts were delighted to talk about it — especially Aaron Judge and Anthony Rizzo.

The pod does, however, also has some grumblings for Aaron Boone’s decision to pull Clay Holmes from the game on Friday night, and of course we can’t fully ignore splitting a home series against the 2024 Oakland Athletics.
