Welcome to back to the Shared Practices Podcast! This week our guest is Dr. Dawn Baker. Dawn is a practicing dentist in Gahanna, Ohio. In this episode Dawn brings a different perspective to practice ownership and dentistry. Dawn worked as a dental assistant before dental school and discussed her perspective throughout school, as an associate, and eventually ownership. Dawn talks about her journey as a practice owner during her “jumpstart” practice with only 150 existing patients and dental chairs from the 1950s!
