Another clip from Ron Johnson was played where he commented on the pardons issued by Trump for the perpetrators of the January 6th, 2021, riots; Steve and Matt discussed, and Matt talked more about what he talked about with the Senator including immigration issues.

Steve asked Matt about the scope and scale of UpFront.

The next clip played was from Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul about a police funding bill needed to carry out Trump’s executive orders on deportation; Matt and Steve discussed

Next up, Bill, Joe and Steve talk about Trump’s pardons, former U.S. President Biden’s pardons and Trump’s approval. Then they discussed Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order.

Before the bottom of the hour news, they briefly discussed the firing of CBS 58 meteorologist Sam Kuffel over her Elon Musk Nazi salute comment.

Bill gave a shout out to Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Steve brought back his conversation with public safety communications expert Anne E. Schwartz regarding local law enforcement and handling immigration and detainment.
