WTMJ host Steve Scaffidi was joined by former Milwaukee County circuit court judge Mary Kuhnmuench and they began by discussing the U.S. Supreme Court and the recent tendency for Justice Amy Coney Barrett and Chief Justice John Roberts to side with the more liberal justices than their conservative peers. They also talk about how their choices help and hurt U.S. President Donald Trump.

Steve and Mary then talked about what would happen if the Supreme Court did something that Trump did not like and the possibility of a constitutional crisis.
