  • The Time Has Come

On this week’s episode of Poll Hub, the nation’s eyes turn to South Carolina where it’s make or break time for many of the Democratic presidential candidates, including Joe Biden. We assess the latest polls of South Carolina voters and share our observations as the contest moves on to Super Tuesday. Oh, yeah! Super Tuesday is the first set of contests where Michael Bloomberg will actually be on the ballot. We pick up that topic plus look at why methodology matters.

  • Movin’ On
On this week’s episode of Poll Hub, we’re wrapping up New Hampshire!
Our team takes a look at how the Democratic primary contest shaped up, what we know about the electorate who voted in it, and what it all means as the candidates head to Nevada and South Carolina.
Plus, we left with 27, and we came back (thankfully) with 27!
Those twenty-seven Marist College students embarked on the adventure of a lifetime as they hit the road with The Marist Poll in New Hampshire for the primary. Marist College seniors, Alexandria Watts and Mark Palmer, share their thoughts about what it was like on the campaign trail.

  • Obstruction and Interference
On this week’s episode of Poll Hub, Brett Neely, an editor with NPR’s Washington desk, joins the discussion. Are Americans confident that this November’s elections will be safe and secure? What do they think is the biggest threat to the integrity of the nation’s elections? Neely offers his insight as we discuss the latest NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist Poll on election security.
But first, what would a Poll Hub episode be without a discussion of the primaries and caucuses? This week, we take up the change in how Iowa caucus results are reported and the implications of the narrative going into the New Hampshire primary.
Plus, why are Lee’s feathers ruffled? You’ll find out.
