It wasn't the prettiest win of the season, but they all count the same as the New York Mets walked it off against the Pirates, winning 4-3.

Things really got interesting in the 9th inning of this one, with the Mets clinging to a 3-2 lead and Huascar Brazoban on the mound for the save. A couple of misplays from Francisco Lindor and Luisangel Acuna allowed the Pirates to tie it up. 

But in the bottom of the 9th, it was the top of the order. Lindor, Juan Soto and Pete Alonso combining to get the winning run across and give the Mets the win in the series opener.
