Our bodies are begging us to do better. Depression, anxiety, rage, and illness require us to address ALL of the body’s interrelated components.

To put my own experience with postpartum depression into words, I would say it felt like I was drowning. I did not understand how NO ONE seemed to notice that I was gasping for air.

Let’s talk about postpartum nutrition as professionals. This is not a topic that we as professionals are trained on, but we are starting to see a change in this.
