Training camp is in full effect for Arizona State Sun Devils football! With that comes some predictions and projections for all sorts of different things including stats and starters. For this edition of the Locked On Sun Devils podcast, host Richie Bradshaw breaks down his predictions for the starting 11 on the offensive side of the football. Quarterback appears to be all but Emory Jones's job to lose, but could Trenton Bourguet and Paul Tyson challenge him for the QB1 spot? We will likely see a nice rotation at the running back position headlined by Xazavian Valladay and Daniyel Ngata, but don't be surprised to see lots of Deonce Elliott, too, and maybe guest appearances from Tevin White and George Hart III. Wide receiver is a muddled spot with a three-legged race for starting reps between Andre Johnson, Cam Johnson, and Bryan Edwards with guys like Elijah Badger and Chad Johnson Jr. also looking to steal some reps. The offensive line has a nice group of veterans including incumbent starters LaDarius Henderson and Ben Scott, but we could also see sophomore Isaia Glass push veteran transfers Emmit Bohle and De Holmes for starting reps. All in all, this exercise was a lot of fun with tons of debate and conversations to be had!
