 If you are going to move from where you are at right now to a place of preeminence you need to get something right.

Promise yourself, your family, your employees and your paying clients that you will never get yourself into a position where you are serving people under an arrangement of pay-for-work such as coaching, done-for-you services, events etc. if they haven’t paid. Don’t be at their meetings, don’t draft up another web page, and don’t let them through the doors of your paid event if they don’t have all of the money. It's pay up or pencils down.

Nothing Inside Cares Enough. If you feel that you don't say what needs to be said or that you are somewhat of a people pleaser, this is especially for you.

Being nice says, "I want you to like me no matter what and I’m willing to have you pay for it with your future." If you are going for Preeminence, you’re going to have to stop being nice all the time.
