Guillaume Duez has worked in marketing and management for L'Oréal for 14 years, rapidly ascending through the ranks. When recorded this interview in 2022 Guillaume was in charge of the prestige brands Kérastase and Shu Uemura Art of Hair. Now he's the General Manager for REDKEN USA.
