Oregon Football has some uncertainty looking ahead to the Fall at a couple of positions for Dan Lanning and his staff. In the eyes of some Oregon fans, running back is not one of those groups. Byron Cardwell Jr. is the most experienced running back on the roster, which is not saying much compared to guys like Sean Dollars, Noah Whittington, and 4-star freshman Jordan James. It's possible the coaches, specifically OC Kenny Dillingham, are looking for a certain type of RB that might cater more heavily to one guy or the other.

An official depth chart has not been released by Dan Lanning and the Oregon coaching staff, meaning plenty of positions could still have open competitions. Byron Cardwell Jr. will not be handed the keys to the kingdom as Oregon Football's #1 running back if Sean Dollars is fully healthy. After emerging last season after an injury, it's possible one of the lesser-discussed RBs who will be seen in the Spring Game on Saturday, April 23rd could have to step up the way Cardwell did in 2021 for the Ducks.

Oregon Men's Basketball continues to get clarity with regards to what their roster will look like next season, picking up former Colorado PG Keeshawn Barthelemy via the transfer portal. The sophomore (with 3 years of eligibility) averaged 11 points per game last year while shooting 35% from beyond the arc, while starting 28 of 33 games for the Colorado Buffaloes. His arrival confirms the return of Quincy Guerrier, but leaves the future of Will Richardson very much unclear.
