Today's show deals with GOP LIES, MORE LIES, AND STILL MORE LIES. The first story deals with a new bill sponsored by GOP Mo. State Senator Mike Moon, which grants legal personhood to a fetus and demands murder charges for abortion. In case you forgot, Moon is the guy who defended forced marriage of young girls if they became pregnant, and then backpedalled after being confronted by colleague Democrat Peter Merideth. The fact that carrying a pregnancy to term in girls as young as 10 could risk their lives is irrelevant to Moon. 

I will also discuss the broad base of GOP loons, nutjobs and other associated bands of the intolerant and stupid. This week I will discuss the GOP attack on our children as they pursue a raging return to child labor, all the while as they scream they are 'pro-life.' Apparently, hypocrisy has a comfy home in the GOP. It's amazing how the same political party that claims to be 'pro-life', is fine with risking a woman's life to save a zygote--is also fine with abusive child labor. 

Finally, we have Matt Walsh explaining how Tucker Carlson isn't a racist. According to Walsh, good ol' Tucker is only guilty of NOTICING differences. The idea that good ol' Tucker expertly uses INNUENDO to inflame an online lynch mob is irrelevant to Matt Walsh, but face it, Walsh is too busy defining what a woman is--to OTHER women--to bother with the craft of propaganda which Tucker Carlson has perfected. NOTE: I will also speak to the role corporate democrats play in this ersatz 'morality' tale as they enable such propaganda.

Yesterday's broadcast (4/16/23) did not record, so today I will re-record the show. The GOP in Missouri has not only defunded the state libraries, but has done so in political retaliation against librarians daring to use their 1st amendment rights. The librarians have sued the state with the ACLU handling the case pro bono. 

The MO. Attorney General has essentially banned gender affirming care in the state for minors and consenting adults. The barriers to care basically serve to deny care. 

Both stories are examples of censoriship used to serve religious fundamentalists and as such are unconstitutional.

The editorial is about the corporate media's self censorship. The obituary of Nuremberg prosecutor Ben Ferencz omits his ongoing campaign to hold George W. Bush and his administration accountable for the illegal Iraq War.  

We also have the "My Little Margie' segment, in addtion to the Despicable List of Infamy and our famous Jackass of the Week Award.

This week on PNN w/Jeanine Molloff, I will discuss how the Missouri GOP controlled legislature voted to fully defund state libraries. The hypocrisy and cruelty of these policies is obvious. This is truly about unconstitutional state censorship and political retaliation against any dissent. The GOP is determined to foster and maintain a state of collective ignorance by denying any of us the right to read, to question, to think. 

The second story deals with a unilateral decision by Mo. Attorney General Andrew Bailey to outlaw and and all gender affirming care for trans people--including consenting adults. 

We then have an op-ed on the obituary of Nuremberg prosecutor Benjamin Ferencz--regarding the glaring censorship as corporate media omitted his ongoing criticism of the Iraq war and the Bush administration.

I will also have another installment of "My Litte Margie", covering MTG's latest public shows of her immense ignorance, ( and a definite reason WHY abortion should remain accessible and legal). We also have our latest initiate into the Despicable List of Infamy' and the 'Jackass of the Week Award."

This week, the Tennessee State Legislature expelled three democrats. The three democratic reps had the audacity to use their 1 AMENDMENT FREE SPEECH RIGHTS in the chambers, joining a peacable protest against the scourge of gun violence. This protest was a week after the latest school shooting which killed three children and three adults. Apparently, the state legistlature has a clause in the state constitution which permits such expulsions for "disorderly conduct." I will discuss this attack on democratic rule in depth. 

I will also discuss the latest defense on unlimited gun rights coming from Turning Point USA's clueless mouthpiece--Charlie Kirk. Apparently, Kirk believes that the deaths of innocent children in school is the price we must pay for unimited gun rights.

We also will begin our new segment of "My Little Margie," as MTG (Marjorie Taylor Greene) compares the case against Donald Trump to the likes of Nelson Mandela and Jesus. 

We will also have some new initiates into our "Deplorable List of Infamy" and the coveted "Jackass of the Week Award."

PNN is experimenting with some parody. This broadcast is a commercial for our upcoming new series, which will begin on Sunday at our regular time. It is named after the Notorious MTG and her penchant for non-stop moronic lies. The opening music to each episode is the music tract from the old television series titled: My Little Margie.

Last week, a Christian elemntary school was attacked by a deranged shooter. Children and adults died, and practically on cue, Tucker Carlson launched a tirade against the trans community. Why? The shooter was a trans woman. Carlson took his gun rights crusade and marched straigth to the convenient conclusion for the GOP of Trump, namely the demand to deny gun rights to minority communities. After all, there's nothing good ol' Tucker Carlson, the ersatz "Prince of tacky t.v. dinners" likes more than to scapegoat minorities, all the while trying to sound like a reasonable person. ;Carlson reasoned that because the shooter was a trans woman, that the entire trans, (even the entire LGBTQ+ community), must be launching a violent crusade against White Christians. Of course, there's not a shred of evidence backing Carlson's moronic claim, but it's FOX after all, and evidence is tossed into the trash. Because of his diatribe, PNN did a deep dive into the history of gun rights vs denial of those rights to minorities and the evidence was damning. In fact, it is not hyperbole to call out Carlson and his supporters as a parallel to the early days of the Third Reich Nazi regime. Hitler himself modeled the disarming of Jews, gays, and other minorities on the earlier unjust laws in the United States.

Mainstream aka corporate media constantly refers to the 'Trump base' as if it were a legitimate entity. It is NOT. The time has long since passed to call the 'Trump base' what it actually is--a bigoted LYNCH MOB. Today's show will deal with the tools Trump and his allies use to push their propaganda and lies, especially the tool of 'stochastic terrorism.' 

Stochastic terrorism has been used by dictators, propagandists, and other associated criminals to stoke up the mob to--eventual deadly violence. Mob bosses of yesteryear perfected the art--along with the likes of Hitler. Subsequently, one of the tools that stochastic terrorists use is--censorship--especially censorship of our public schools and intellectuals. I will expose and explain this dirty cowardly trick being used to attack the very idea of democracy itself. 

Additionally, our "Deplorable List of Infamy' has expanded to include a Missouri politician sent to DC from Springfield. And of course, we have our 'Jackass of the Week' award to boot.

The Willow Project sounds tranquil, but then a cemetery is also tranquil. This project will permit fossil fuel expansion on PUBLIC lands. When we consider this fossil fuel expansion in conjunction with the sorry state of our railroads, we have a formula for disaster.

Next we have our East Palestine Watch Report. The East Palestine Bomb Train is merely one of far too many--"Bomb Trains." Furthermore, the levels of carncinogenic chemicals in East Palestine resulting from the derailment are astronomical. In addition, we have politicians who actively blocked newer safety regulations in return for campaign "contributions," aka active influence peddling. 

Both stories trace back these environmental crimes to corporate greed. This is our big story. 

We will also have our 'Jackass of the Week' feature and a new feature, namely our Deplorables Watch List of Infamy, followed by final thoughts.

This week, I will discuss the disgraceful state of affairs in East Palestine and the causes. To borrow a phrase, the 'inconvenent truth' lies in the fact that all this was inevitable--and preventable. Though this statement seems contradictory, it isn't if you consider the full political context. The environmental disaster in East Palestine was preventable, had the railroads been FORCED to upgrade braking systems dating back to the CIvil War, and other safety precautions. The incident was also inevitable given our political system which has legalized bribery and other forms of influence peddling by politicians of both major parties. So, how did the railroad get away with this enviromental crime? They had plenty of help from corporate media soft pedaling the situation, and public relations campaigns blatantly conning the public.The corporate media also distracted us with the grandstanding of Donald Trump visiting East Palestine and doling out 'Trump Water', (as if he actually invented H20)! These distractions serve as a shield protection corporate criminals and it has to stop. 

The actual facts were relayed by independent media such as David SIrota's publicaiton, The Lever, and international publications such as The Guardian. I will discuss this outrageous state of affairs.

I will also discuss the immorality of those who reject 'WOKE.' And of course we have our Jackass of the Week!

This assault is not only being pushed by white supremacists, Christian nationalists and neo Nazis, but is being maintained by the infamous white moderate refusing to denounce these bigoted attacks.
