Back to work, back to the grind and we convince ourselves that we just don't have time for new goals or that it's not in the cards for us.

I don't mean screw goal setting, I just mean screw that arbitrary timeline that everyone pressures you into thinking you have to meet. Alright y'all, can we just be REAL and HONEST for a few minutes? I feel like we always fear that 'messy middle' stage where things just feel like a mess and nothing is going right and we just want nothing more than to be at that finish line. You feel me?

But I think we fear it so much because we think it doesn't happen to other people. Or we think our situation is always worse. I'm here to tell you that this is normal. This is just a part of life that we all have to go through. Heck, I'm going through it right now in real time!
