March 14 Iran: Inside the colour revolution
The Iranian people freed themselves from colonial subjugation and vicious comprador rule in 1979. Since then, they have maintained their economic and political sovereignty in the teeth of endless hybrid warfare aimed at sabotaging their country’s economy, hindering its development, and pressurising the people to submit.
Iran’s determined struggle to maintain its independence and sovereignty, and its refusal to accept the legitimacy of the Israeli settler-colonial project, has led the country to become a central pillar of the anti-imperialist resistance movement, both in the middle east and across the world.
Destroying Iran is seen by the imperialists as a prerequisite for re-asserting their slipping domination over the region and its vital energy resources, and rebooting their own failing economies. If their regime-change plans are successful, further genocide can be expected in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Iran, alongside accelerated moves towards the building of ‘Greater Israel’.
The recolonisation of Iran would be a huge blow to the forces of Palestinian resistance, as well as providing a base for further aggression against the imperialists’ primary targets: Russia and China.
Right now it must be understood that support for Iran is support for Palestine!

March 12 Comrade Ali speaks out on Iran
After the naked imperialist aggression on Iran by the Zionist entity and the U.S have made inevitable long term full scale war. Which resulting in the martyred of 165 school children and the martyrdom of Sayid Ali Khamenie. This act of war has achieved nothing but the complete relativization of Iran and Iran is out for revenge. Since then Iran has reigned fire on all of the Imperialist military bases in Bahrain/ Kuwait/ Saudi Arabia/ Qatar/ United Arab Emirates/Iraq. This show of power has managed to inspire uprising in Iraq/Bahrain/Pakistan to remove the military bases. In Bahrain particularly it has escalated to the majority in the country the Shia revolting against the Khalifa regime.
The video is part of a rally organised by the PSC/Stop the war against Imperialist agrression against Iran, witch features two speakers: Ali from the CPGB-ML and Mehranaz. At the same rally there was a counter demo organised by Pahlavists and British reactionaries.

March 11 France tries to pursue ‘a la carte’ capitalism and fails
There is no menu from which one can select fairness without expropriation, stability without class struggle, or prosperity without exploitation.
The push-back against austerity from a relatively militant and organised working class has led to a situation where many French politicians and economists are seriously discussing the possibility of a wealth tax. As ever, the super-rich are united in opposing such a measure, and are closing ranks both nationally and across borders. Meanwhile, workers need to learn the real lesson, which is that there are no means, either legislative or economic, capable of making capitalism ‘fair’.

This week I talked with Garland Nixon about the illegal and aggressive war that has been launched by US imperialism and its Israeli zionist proxies against Iran.
What are the wider ramifications for the politics and economics of the middle east? What could it mean for workers in Europe and the west?
Apparently, strategists in the White House have been ‘surprised’ by the Iranian people’s robust response to this latest attempt to destroy their independence, integrity and sovereignty. Yet anyone paying attention for the last year knew well what was coming if the imperialists restarted their aggression of last June.
The longer the war continues, the more the economic and military structures of Anglo-American control over the middle east – air and naval bases, embassies, intelligence structures, corporate and oil infrastructure, money-laundering facilities and tech machinery and the entire zionist settler-colony – will come under fire.
And the more that continues, the more the oppressed populations of the region will be motivated to rise up against the illegitimate stooges who rule over them to join with the already-existing Axis of Resistance in their existential fight for the liberation and sovereignty not only of Iran but of all the peoples of west Asia.
Workers in the west are in for a rude awakening if they think this war will leave them unscathed. We must draw the correct conclusions – that imperialism, not the Iranian people, is our real enemy, and that our trade unions and antiwar movement must be remodelled to stand up for our interests against the bloodsucking, warmongering British imperialist financier class.

Rights to exploit Bolivia’s lithium will likely be offered to western investors, instead of the Russian and Chinese companies that were given preferential access by MAS.
Former president Evo Morales and his followers remain the great imponderable of Bolivian politics – the 65-year-old veteran politician still has the power to mobilise masses of the populace. But for the moment, the long-suffering workers of Bolivia will have to look for a more solid strategy to assert the rights and agency that they seemed so close to securing, but which once more have eluded them.

Journalism has a responsibility to distinguish between documentation and propaganda, between verified evidence and politically motivated claims.
The Morning Star used this photograph to accompany its article. Reinforcing the western psyops narrative, it depicts women protesters in Paris demanding ‘freedom’ for Iran and for Iranian women in particular – one of the preferred ‘leftist’ narratives for justifying support for imperialist regime-change aggression. We note that the protesters' signs are written in English, although the protest took place in France, suggesting a staged photo aimed at American audiences.
