A few weeks ago I came across a post on social media from today’s guest, Sean Toomey, that indicated he had been through a struggle on his latest project - juggling debt and finances, as well as seeking some sort of approval or validation from social media - an all too common downside to the property community online.

So I reached out to him, and thankfully he was up for having a chat with me today about mental health in the property world.

Through that, we get to understand more about his own property background which is a fascinating story in itself that I’m sure you’ll get some great ideas from, but the main thing we wanted to bring attention to was the very real struggle that many people face when trying to build a business and provide for their families.
