Today we’re doing another Behind the Scenes (BTS) episode and a deep dive like what we do with Pursuing HER Purpose, but this one is a bit different in that we’ll be looking at our first podcast, HERself Podcast. If you haven’t listened to it, that podcast is devoted to getting women one step further than they are today. It’s Kat and Abby with you today, and we’re very excited to be diving into the topic of mindset! Mindset can be thought of as a buzzword these days, and some people think it’s not important, but we truly believe that mindset is the fuel that either moves us closer to our goals or keeps us feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and maybe even resentful in some situations.
In this episode, you’ll hear about the beliefs that we have held and how we now see the ways that they have held us back and hurt our progress or our growth. We’ll also share how you can become aware of your own beliefs and in turn question their validity, and the role that they are playing in your life right now.
We provide you with the mindset prompts and specific questions to ask yourself, because awareness is such an important piece of all of this. When you become aware, you can find solutions that challenge and help you become the business owner, mom, partner, and leader that you want to be in the world.
