April 15, 2019, Decatur, Georgia Qamar Williams and his hometown friend Calvin Chappell come home from a night of partying when all hell breaks loose. Chappell goes to sleep but Williams leave to go and grab him a bite to eat. On his return to the house, he creeps up to Chappell who is sleep and shoots him a half a dozen times including one time in the right side of his head. The question everybody wants to know is what happened.
