This week we're honoured to be joined by England and Arsenal legend Tony Adams to discuss his incredible career and his work beyond the game with the Sporting Chance charity. This very special bonus episode in association with the NHS is also to help raise awareness of a cause we believe strongly in - mental health and increasing the awareness of the support available. 

For those that feel they might need it, help is out there. NHS mental health service are a free, effective, and confidential way to treat common mental health issues. Help can be offered in a number of ways including in person, by video consultation, over the phone or as an online course.
