Ingredients

Kipfler Potatoes

Green beans

Olive oil

Tuna steaks

Freshwater cress

Dijonnaise mustard

White wine vinegar

Juice of lemon

Salt and pepper

Spanish capers

Method

Boil potatoes to tender

Blanch beans for 3 minutes

Mix it all together with the salad dressing (Dijonnaise mustard, white wine vinegar)

Cook tuna in a heavy frypan just a minute or two each side – don’t overcook, it should look a little pink inside
