When considering a team to join in Real Estate, there are 5 things that are my top suggestions to look into

• Leadership style of the Rainmaker
• Lead Style of the primary lead source for the team
• Culture of the team and it's members
• Expectations of team members
• Specifics of a team contract

Did you catch what isn't in my top questions list?  You got it.  The team split.  That's literally one of the last things to consider.  The five questions above will help you determine the value of the team and only once you know that can you see if the value meets the price tag.

Hang on a minute.  My mind is blown.  Did Dr. Erin Ellis seriously just tell me that understanding my period can make me more productive (not just RE-productive?!!)

oh yes.  Yes she sure did.  Growing up when I did, your period wasn't something you knew much more about than the ever present knowledge of when it would reoccur.  (no white pants during that time!).  I NEVER considered that it carried with it much more hormonal changes than simply making me a little bat-shit crazy and crave some chocolate.

Chatting today with Dr. Ellis, she opened my eyes to the fact that knowing your cycle and all the hormones associated with it can make you a better real estate agent.  Want to book a client party for your database?  Try not to on a day when hormonally you are low and have negative energies. 
Want to brain storm with your team on goals for next year?  Plan that on a day when your hormones and energy levels are sky high.

And give yourself permission to just take a break when you need to. We are women and this is  natural part of our bodies. So don't just live with it-understand it.

Yikes!   You had a brokerage agreement with your buyer and yet they went and put a contract on a home to purchase without you.  You've called the other agent with no response, and your broker says there's nothing they can do.

What in the heck?  I'm owed my money honey!  Doesn't the listing agent owe me?

Here's the hard truth babe.  They actually don't.  You never had an agreement with that agent for a referral.  You had a contract with your client.  I'm not debating the right or wrong of how the listing agent potentially handled the situation, I'm just stating the facts here.  From a non-legal perspective that is.
