One of my favorite shows recently is Ted Lasso. Ted Lasso is an American football coach who moves to England to manage a struggling soccer team. He faces many challenges and critics, but he never gives up on his positive attitude and his belief in himself and others. We can learn a lot from his example and apply some of his lessons to our own journey of changing our drinking (or making any life changes.)
